I just realized I haven't reviewed one of my favorite establishments, shame on me! I absolutely love this place. Even though it's 1.5 hours away from me, I stop by whenever I'm driving through Springfield, or when I'm visiting the antique stores along 55 (at least a couple times a year for the past several years). I love the ambience, it feels like a little beer museum. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. The brisket cheesesteak is my go-to, but their salads, tacos & onion rings (theirs are literally the best!) are delicious too. And don't get me started on their tasty beer selection! Their salted caramel ale (which is a local brew) is my all time favorite beer, so I almost always bring home a growler of it.
